This is how our application process works

We want to make the application process as transparent and straightforward as possible for you. Here is what happens after you submit your application:

  1. Submit Your Application
    Send us your documents via email to karriere@vistable.com.
  2. Confirmation of Receipt
    You will receive an email confirmation after successfully submitting your application.
  3. Application Review
    We carefully review your documents. If your profile is a good fit for the position, we will reach out to you regarding the next step.
  4. First Interview
    We will invite you to a first conversation so we can get to know you and your motivation better. You will also get an initial insight into our company.
  5. Second Interview
    If the first impression was positive on both sides, a second interview will follow. This round delves deeper into technical topics and potential areas of responsibility.
  6. Final Decision & Feedback
    After the second interview, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If we extend an offer, you will receive your contract proposal from us. If the fit is not right, you will, of course, also receive prompt feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our job postings usually run for 30 days, so we typically begin sending first interview invitations after about three weeks. Depending on application volume, the entire selection process may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer.

A CV/Resume is often sufficient. If we require any additional documents, we will let you know.

A cover letter is not mandatory. Submitting your application without one will not impact your chances of being invited for an interview. However, we would love to learn more about your motivation, interests, strengths, or anything else you would like to share with us. A cover letter gives us an opportunity to get to know your personality in advance.
