About Us

plavis GmbH is an innovative software company based in Chemnitz, Germany. Our established software visTABLE® already supports more than 1,000 customers worldwide in efficient factory and layout planning. To further drive our international growth, we are looking for you to manage the entire sales cycle with customers worldwide and successfully close deals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Presentations: you conduct online product presentations for international customers – mainly in English – and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Inbound Leads: you handle and qualify them, and ensure prompt and professional engagement
  • Customer Consulting: you actively support German and international prospects and customers with all software-related questions
  • Proposals and Contracts: you prepare customized proposals, lead negotiations, and support the closing process
  • Customer Relations: build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to optimize sales strategies trough feedback and close coordination

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in B2B sales, ideally in software
  • Expertise in international product demos and presentations – backed by a proven track record
  • Intercultural competence, especially when working with international customers
  • Native-level English (C2) and very good German
  • Confident presence, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for presentations
  • Negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • The ability to quickly understand complex requirements and develop suitable solutions
  • Technical affinity – experience with software or SaaS is a plus

  2. Confirmation of Receipt
    You will receive an email confirmation after successfully submitting your application.
  3. Application Review
    We carefully review your documents. If your profile is a good fit for the position, we will reach out to you regarding the next step.
  4. First Interview
    We will invite you to a first conversation so we can get to know you and your motivation better. You will also get an initial insight into our company.
  5. Second Interview
    If the first impression was positive on both sides, a second interview will follow. This round delves deeper into technical topics and potential areas of responsibility.
  6. Final Decision & Feedback
    After the second interview, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If we extend an offer, you will receive your contract proposal from us. If the fit is not right, you will, of course, also receive prompt feedback.

Our job postings usually run for 30 days, so we typically begin sending first interview invitations after about three weeks. Depending on application volume, the entire selection process may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer.
