Visualize the material flow in visTABLE®
To create a meaningful material flow visualization, define transport intensities between the production and/or storage resources of the layout. You can either record these using the visTABLE®logix app, or take the usual tabular material flow formats. You can import and export all formats using an Excel interface.
The software calculates the distance to be covered based on the resource distances in the layout. With the help of easy-to-create transport networks, you can direct the material flow along planned routes.
The differences between the material flow intensities are visualized by the thickness of the arrows. This information can also be used to evaluate the effort of logistics, and even to optimize the arrangement of resources.
